PASCOP is delighted to welcome Ilsa Hampton as its new Executive Officer.
Ilsa has a distinguished career in pastoral and spiritual care, most recently at Baptcare Vic/Tas where she has been working since 2008 as pastoral care manager. In her current role Ilsa leads a team of 23 Chaplains working across aged care and community services, and 50 trained pastoral care volunteers visiting clients and residents in their homes.
Ms Hampton said: “Human flourishing is intimately connected with spiritual wellbeing. There is so much we can do to improve the care experience of older people in Australia to ensure their deeper needs are attended to.”

Ilsa is a past member of the board of PASCOP. She is also an accredited pastoral supervisor and a member of the expert panel for the National Guidelines for Spiritual Care in Aged Care.
