Talking to Parker – The HEART Model

Talking to Parker introduces Parker, an AI conversational tool designed to support reflection and learning about The HEART Model – Guidelines for Enhancing Wellbeing through Holistic, Person-centred Spiritual Care.

Through guided conversations, practice dialogues, scenarios and roleplay, Parker helps aged care staff explore what The HEART Model can mean for their own everyday practice. Parker adapts to the user’s language and pace and is designed to recognise when a conversation may be outside scope of practice or require the involvement of a spiritual care professional.
