‘Spirituality of Dying Workshop: Facilitator’s Guide’ supports aged care leaders to offer an introductory 60 minute workshop. It is designed to be used in the workplace for all staff to extend their understanding of the dying phase of life (including the last few days) and the importance of spirituality for human living and dying; as well as how to facilitate and make meaningful connections with the dying person, their significant others, and the rest of the care team.
