Importance of Leadership

Connect with Australia’s leading minds in wellbeing & ageing, and be empowered to lead the way in delivering the quality, human-centred care every Australian deserves.

By engaging with Meaningful Ageing Australia, you:

  • Position yourself as a provider of choice with truly holistic, person-centred care.
  • Demonstrate spiritual care and emotional wellbeing is central to quality of life, and your organisational culture.
  • Can be assured membership benefits everyone from Executive to support staff.
  • Join a growing network of CEOs and leaders forging world leading care.

‘Effective spiritual care is more often achieved through a whole-of-organisation approach, a key success factor for implementation of The National Guidelines Spiritual Care in Aged Care is the active engagement of those in leadership roles at all levels. Integrating spiritual care into key human resource practices is more likely to ‘hard-wire’ a focus on spirituality throughout the organisation.’
