Duration: 30 mins
Price: Free

Our monthly all-access 30-minute webinar for members and others interested in aged care. This webinar series introduces participants to innovative resources and ideas.

This is a free event, and all are welcome. All registrants will receive access to the replay.

This month, Prime Super will talk to us about how to plan for a healthy and vibrant retirement with the particular lens on bridging the gender savings gap.   Our aged care sector employs a high percentage of female employees and leaders. Regardless of what level or layer of employee or life stage, the gender pay gap can impact female earning and superannuation.
In this free session, Maria and Louie will discuss tips and strategies to help address this imbalance:
  • If you are employed in aged care sector in a base level role on an award wage – there are strategies available to boost your savings.
  • If you are earning a higher level income, chances are you may be catching up and also wanting to manage tax implications.

Prime Super will share tips and strategies to help everyone right from casual part-time to leaders in the industry.

Even though these strategies will be beneficial for female employees the universal tips and strategies will also be helpful for all genders.  You are guaranteed to come away from this session with something new to empower and make good decisions about your superannuation.

Meaningful Ageing Australia is proud to work closely with Prime Super as a valued supporter of our work and genuine commitment to our mission:  We want every older person to feel at ease in their life so they know and feel belonging, connection, and a sense of wholeness.

This ethos extends to our community of leaders and employees in the aged care and related sectors who care for older people.

We hope you can join us for this free session!
