Join Megan and Rachael to workshop how as a community we can build confidence, language and momentum for the new HEART model, framework and guide.
In this Community of Practice we’ll look at how we can strengthen how we show up, lead and care using inspiration from the HEART model.

Building Confidence & Shared Language for the HEART Model
Spiritual care is everyone’s business — but confidence, language, and clarity still hold many practitioners back.
Our next Community of Practice session will bring us together to explore what it really takes to embed the HEART model in daily practice, leadership, and organisational culture.

Join us on in this interactive workshop session designed to:
• strengthen shared understanding of the HEART model
• unpack barriers to confidence and capability
• connect with peers who are navigating the same challenges
• explore practical ways to integrate HEART into clinical and relational care

This session is for anyone committed to rights‑based, person‑centred, spiritually attuned care — leaders, practitioners, educators, and those shaping the future of ageing. Together, we’ll deepen our collective practice and strengthen the movement toward meaningful ageing.

Our monthly Community of Practice 1-hour workshops offer member organisations a quality professional peer-to-peer development event. Each workshop combines the sharing of best practices, new approaches and innovations by a guest presenter and the opportunity for Q&A and small group discussions.

Can’t join us on the day? Not a problem: everyone who registers receives a copy of the replay.
