About Kim Thoday
Kim Thoday has worked in an aged care setting since 2010 as a chaplain and as a project manager, assisting with the development of a 10-year strategic business plan for a residential aged care provider. Kim is also a serving chaplain with the RAAF and was a police chaplain for over 10 years.
He is a keynote speaker, talking on subjects such as peace activism, spiritual care of people living with dementia, spirituality and postmodernity and, the intersection of faith and politics in Australian history.
Kim holds a BA, BTheol, Dip.Min (Hons), MA (Research) and, fittingly, is also a Justice of the Peace. He is currently working on a PhD thesis through the department of Modern History, Politics and International Relations at Macquarie University.
