2020 Member Survey Summary Report

Every year, we ask our members what their experience of Meaningful Ageing Australia is, and we produce a Summary Report which can be viewed in the gallery below (click on the image to enlarge) or you can download it here. Some of the headline findings are:

97% of our members are very satisfied or satisfied with Meaningful Ageing Australia.
43% have already recommended membership of Meaningful Ageing Australia to others and 56% are very likely or likely to recommend to others.
Key themes: spiritual care is a vocation which is valued; funding is a perennial issue; staff are time poor; the availability of online meetings has been welcomed.

One of the key findings, including from previous years, has been around the ability of our members to access our newly produced reports. As a result, last year we have undertaken a research program with our intern students from Monash University, to really understand the dynamics around this issue. We look forward to receiving the results in June 2021.
