Meaningful Ageing Governance

Meaningful Ageing Australia is an incorporated association registered in the Australian Capital Territory.  It is governed by its Constitution and Rules and a seven member Board duly elected by the Meaningful Ageing Australia membership.

Elections are held at the AGM each November and the Board appoints Office Bearers immediately after each election.

Each member is elected for a fixed term of three years.  The board has the authority to appoint two additional members for terms ranging from one to three years.

Meaningful Ageing Australia is a registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
